Magnificent Presence

Pietro, a 28-year-old actor-wannabe who works nightshifts in a bakery, has just moved into a beautiful apartment in Rome. The place is badly in need of repair but dirt cheap. He soon starts noticing objects moving and strange noises coming from empty rooms. Surely he is not living alone. First he ignores the seven and a half annoying residents, next he tries everything he can to get rid of them. They just won't leave him alone. But forced cohabitation with otherworldly creatures has its advantages, as Pietro eventually finds out...
